I've used Mint in the past and it worked pretty well. You can make a spreadsheet of your own to keep track of your findings, or use a grocery budgeting app. You can either track your spending each day or keep your receipts in a "food spending" folder on your desk and go through them all at once (I prefer this way). It's your choice how granular you want to make your tracking.
